Property Locums (2 posts) – Swansea
2 property lawyers required for the Morriston area of Swansea.
We are a family owned property group with a substantial ground rent portfolio and are looking for 2 experienced property lawyers, each for a full-time temporary (3-6 month) appointment.
Post 1
We require cover while one of our team is away on extended sick leave to undertake conveyancing on the acquisition of new ground rent portfolios and to provide general legal support on the management of our existing portfolio, i.e. approximately 50,000 property interests.
Experience of unregistered conveyancing and long leases of houses and flats would be of benefit.
Post 2
The successful applicant will undertake a review of the modern residential leases in our portfolio of managed blocks of flats and assist the property management team in formalising contracts for our managed portfolio of over 2,000 properties.
Experience of long leases of flats would be of benefit.
You will be well supported by other members of our specialist ground rents team.
Competitive salary dependent on experience.
